Our community was formed in 2002 and currently boasts 91 homes. We are located in Walker Township, Centre County. Residents have convenient access to I-99 and I-80 (5 Miles) and are located 5 minutes from Bellefonte and 15 minutes from State College.

We are located in the Bellefonte Area School District and elementary students attend Marion-Walker Elementary School. Currently BASD graduates approximately 200 students per class.
